This work explores the psychological and physical relationship between the human body and the glow of the screen. Against saturated fields of red and green, the illuminated rectangle of light evokes the presence of a smartphone as both a source of desire and a site of confinement. The figures attempt to mold themselves into its boundaries, resist its pull, or collapse under its weight, gestures that mirror the everyday choreography shaped by digital devices.
The series reflects on how contemporary identities are both constructed and constrained within technological frames. The screen is not a neutral tool but an environment that dictates posture, emotion, and even self-perception. By emphasizing the tension between attraction and suffocation, the images position light as a metaphor for control, intimacy, and dependency in the digital age.
Ultimately, the work questions how we embody technology and how technology, in turn, embodies us.
